1. CANCELLATION POLICY

1.1 Todays Price

You can cancel your booking without charge up until 1 day before arrival date. If you cancel your booking later than 1 day before your arrival date or if you do not arrive on the day of check-in, we will charge you the total cost of the booking.

1.2 Non-Refudable Rate

The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel at any time.

2. PAYMENT

2.1 Todays Price

If you have not paid the booking in advance, the payment shall be carried out upon arrival. We accept the following modes of payment: Visa, MasterCard, cash (EUR)

2.2 Non-Refundable Rate

Full payment is required at the time of booking.

3. EARLY DEPARTURE

If you leave the hotel before the end of your booking, you must notify us of your departure, at the latest, by 6 PM the day before your departure. Changing the booking may affect the total cost of the booking. Depending on the duration of the booking, other terms and conditions may apply.

4. CUSTOMER’S LIABILITY

The customer is fully liable for any damage caused to the property of the hotel and its guests caused by the customer, their visitors or pets. If we detect smoking inside the room, we will charge an additional cleaning fee of 250 EUR (minimum).

5. HOTEL’S LIABILITY FOR GUESTS’ PROPERTY

We are not responsible for your property unless we have separately agreed to store your belongings in our storage. We are not responsible for your luggage, other property or vehicles parked in the hotel’s parking area.
