HOW DO I MAKE A RESERVATION

You will always find the best price from our website.
HOW DO I CHECK-IN
If you are not using the mobile access aplication key cards should be picked up from our office at YRJÖNKATU 5, PORI.
HOW DO I GET THE MOBILE KEY
Mobile access is available for prepaid guests only.
If you choose a non-refundable price you will receive the instructions automatically via email.
Normal check-in time is from 3 pm onvards. Early check-in is possible one hour earlier ( 2 pm ).
Please send us a request for early check-in via email.
Check-out is at 12 noon. It’s possible to buy late check-out at 2 pm for 15€
CAN I CHANGE OR CANCELL MY RESERVATION

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
If you cancell a prepaid reservation your payment will not be refunded automatically. Please request a refund by email.
If you have choosen a non-refundable price you will not receive a refund in case of cancellation.
CAN I USE KITCHEN AND LAUNDRY ROOM FREE OF CHARGE
Yes! All guests are welcomed to use our shared kitchen and laundry room at the 6th floor.
WHERE DO I GET BREAKFAST
We do not serve breakfast at the hotel. You can buy breakfast at Restaurant Päre (next to the hotel) Mon–Fri 7:30–10 AM. Price: Adults. 9,90€, Children 1-2yo. 1€, Children 2-5yo. 3,50€, Children 6-12yo. 7,50€.
